Our Service

Our team of passionate, highly motivated and extremely conscientious Domestic Assistants take care to look after our customers’ properties paying meticulous attention to detail at all times. We know how important it is to our clients that their properties are consistently prepared for their guests with their own individual preferences and requirements in mind. Whether we receive a referral from a property agent or contact from an owner directly the same process is followed. The first step we take is to schedule a meeting with the owners/agents at the property. At this meeting one of our Team Leaders introduces the services we are able to offer and answers any questions the owner/agents may have to ask. They will discuss the property and its specific requirements along with the owner/agent’s preferences. A form is completed which enables a quotation to be produced.

Once services are confirmed, a property file is created on our computer system where all the necessary details relating to the property are stored safely, for our reference, to ensure seamless service delivery without the need to contact owners/agents with unnecessary queries. A physical file is also created for each property with every detail required by our Domestic Assistants to enable them to carry out the changeover cleaning service. The file includes photographs which show how each room is to be left at the end of the changeover.

Our changeover cleaning services are completed with the use of a comprehensive checklist which ensures that nothing is missed. The checklist also facilitates the communication of any issues which need to be dealt with back to office staff so that they can arrange for them to be addressed accordingly. The checklist safeguards agents/owner’s interests as it links issues and any damages to the associated changeovers and guests so that they can be contacted where required. Once complete, the checklist is signed and dated by the Domestic Assistants who carried out the changeover. It is then returned to the office to be filed electronically, for future reference.
